I play with my dog ver little. Unforatnly I've been to busy. She need more attention then I have been giving her. Thanks for the wake up call. I need to set time asside and do this.

Also we took her to the vet but the guy was weird. Still looking for a good one.How often do you play with your dogs?
I play with the lil bucking horse a few times a week. I also take him to the vet ever 2 months or so. Do u need somone to play with:)? im free

Every morning, and also every afternoon for a total of about 4 hours a day. (i have 4 dogs and work full time)

They go to the vet if and when they need it, plus once a year for vaccinations. The only time I've ever had them at the vet other than vacc time is desexing, I've got pretty healthy pooches!!

now back to the question, every day and to the vet every 6 months for shots and check ups
I play with my dog an hour or so a day. But I gotta admit if it looked anything like you I'd never leave it alone...

i play with my dogs everyday. They need attention and love just like a person. They only go to the vet when they are sick or when they need vaccinations
My dogs are both ';working'; dogs (Border Collie and Australian Shepherd) and require lots of activity. They get bored without a ';job'; to do. I play with them every chance I get, which is usually 3 or 4 times peer day. I live on 10 acres of land on the Rappahanock River, so they get a lot of exercise. The Aussie is a puppy, so he's been to the vet quite frequently as of late, most recently to get neutered. Otherwise, if they're healthy they go to the vet once or twice a year. I have a pet sitting company, so my whole world pretty much revolves around animals. When I'm not playing with my dogs, I'm usually playing with someone else's! All the neighborhood dogs come to my house to play.

I play with my puppy about two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon to tire him out or else he becomes really naughty. I take him every 3 weeks to the vet because he is just a puppy and still needs his shots.
I try to play with my dog everyday (even if it just for a little bit). I walk her everyday, when the weather is nice.



It is important to go to the vet yearly to get the annual check-up also to get a new prescription for the Heartworms and Frontline. (The vet will take a little blood and make sure the dog is OK before writing the prescription).



If anything unusual is going on with your dog, take her to the vet.

I usually play with mine once or twice a day, although the sessions are pretty short as she's very easily distracted. . . she mostly just has her interesting little ways of telling me that she's bored if I'm not paying enough attention to her. Classic example: it's either play now or clean up the shredded paper towel she stole off the countertop later.

Vet. . . once a year, barring any unusual problems.
