yeah there's a connection, dont do the flashlight thing though, it gets them confused! to stop from chasing shadows, stand in the sun so she can see your shadow, when she chases say ';No!';and eventually she learns.How to stop your dog from chasing shadows????

i would just laugh at it but yes the flash light is connection she thinks she sees it every were
