Why won't Yahoo Answers staff reply to my e-mail? Some of my questions were deleted and they did not violate

community guidelines. I responded to customer care as it suggested in the e-mail because I did think it was removed in error. I still cant see how it violated guidelines. I thought maybe if I post it here I might get an actual answer.. Here are the questions that were removed. If you can please tell me how they violate the guidelines.

Deleted Question: Does your dog love to chase a laser light? Is it a game you play with your dog?



Question Details: I just want to hear fun stories about dogs and laser because I know each dog is different and some chase them some dont. Also does your dog chase other lights? like a flashlight or reflected light like from a mirror or watch? My dog chases it all sometimes I will take a cd or mirror or my watch and reflect light around and he chases that too. What about your dog/s? any funny stories about them and lasers or any reflected light?

They should return your points. I don't see any community guideline violated in those questions.

me too. i wrote happy earth day and i got violated! wrote to them nothing happend1
They never reply to anyone.
Some one report you. And the laser word is the one l guess people took wrong. l have a pin light laser that makes different picture of things. The other question , is something l can not figure out. And l will often guess at the breeds of a dog that is a mutt.Wondering what they have in their blood line.l have a Lab/ST.Bernard mix
i send them responses all the time, but nothing happens. They don't read them. A lot of my answers have been deleted for no reason, too, and it's annoying. If they really wanted to see something that violated the ';community guidelines'; they would read my emails to them.

.imple answer is Yawhoo is an automated system and programmed to do as it is. as soon as someone reports anything the first response is to delete.No sense banging your head on the desk or trying to reason with emails just repost the questions and hope for the best.
Best guess is it has something to do with ';I just want to hear fun stories '; and the other questions which could lead to discussion (I think yahoo looks at that as more of a forum type question rather than a yahoo type question) in the question details yahoo doesn't like that kind of stuff... My account had been deactivated it took me a few days before I actually found out that they had made an error on their part and I received the ';sorry for the inconvenience'; message... You won't get anywhere with the e-mail they still haven't got back to me... the only way to get an answer is to ask on the wrongful violations board http://messages.answers.yahoo.com/answer… and contest the violation / ask where is the violation, it's the week end so don't expect an immediate reply but at least you'll get one !
