Some people treat dogs like babies.
Some people treat dogs like good-for-nothing objects to abuse.
Some people treat their dogs like they are a burden and neglect them.
Some people treat their dogs like a toy where they play with them until they are bored and then ignore them.
So how do you treat your dog and how should a person treat their dog?
Thanks! How are you supposed to treat a dog? How do you treat yours? (more inside)?
My dogs are my children lol. They are spoiled rotten! Some people can get a little ridiculous in spoiling them hehe but dogs need love everyday, in some ways they are just like children, mine are anyway. They need to be played with everyday, bathed, of course fed an watered hehe. They need toys to play with. I say if you're not going to play with your dog and give him the affection he needs, please don't get one. My neighbors have dogs, they just leave them outside and hardly ever show them attention, it's so sad.How are you supposed to treat a dog? How do you treat yours? (more inside)?
Like a royal prince
I personally treat all my animals like spoiled babies. But I believe people should have a healthy balance.
A pet is a companion, a living creature that deserves respect for the undying loyalty it gives you.
Anyone who abuses the trust of an animal through neglect, physical abuse, or just uses them as a toy, entertainment, or like a piece of common property like an old couch. Does not deserve to have an animal.
ALL DOGS HAVE DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES AND TRAITS MY ADVICE: TREAT YOUR DOG LIKE, WELL... A DOG!!!!!!!. DOGS ARE FULL OF ENERGY, THEY ARE WILD CAN BE MISCHIEVOUS AND IF YOU DONT PLAY AND LET THEM GET OUTSIDE FOR WALKS ALOT THEY CAN LOOSE THEIR LIVELY SPIRIT AND BECOME DEPRESSED AND GET HEALTH PROBLEMS YOU SHOULD LOVE THEM LIKE FAMILY BE A LITTLE ROUGH, BUT NEVER IN A VIOLENT WAY THINK OF THEM AS A SIBLING THEY STILL HAVE THOSE WOLF PACK INSTINCTS
Like dogs: furry kids. Daily attention, good food, games, proper medical care, lots of hugs.
I treat my dog with love and respect. The same way that I treated my children growing up and other people. She is a member of our family and is loved MORE then most kids.
Treat dogs like dogs :). It's not a bad thing, despite the common usage of the phrase ';treated like a dog.'; Dogs are dogs, and if you understand what a dog needs, and fill its needs, you're doing the dog a favor.
They're not babies, not objects, not burdens, not toys....should not be neglected or mistreated.
They are dogs. They think like dogs, act like dogs, and have the physical, mental and social requirements of dogs. One must understand what a dog needs- in these terms- and take the necessary steps to ensure the dog's needs are met.
My dogs are ';family members';....but they aren't human. I don't have kids, but they're not ';kid substitutes'; or ';furchildren';. They are my highest priority aside from my husband %26amp; human family....I am committed to them and make sure they have everything they need. They're treated fairly, well-trained so that they have a clear understanding of what's expected of them, exercised on a regular basis, fed a good diet, and given plenty of love and affection.
:)
