How to make your own dog food puzzle?

My 5 month old puppy gets a lot of attention and gets played with, but the second she is left alone she barks and whines for however long until she gets more attention, so I need to find something to keep her busy, I was reading about dog food puzzles, but I wanted to find a way to make my own, any ideas? or anything else to entertain her?How to make your own dog food puzzle?
my dogs love kongs. they are entertained for as long as it takes them to get the treats out, so i really stuff them in there. I put different treats in everyday so they are always suprised. Just make sure you clean the kong everyday cause they can get nasty. How to make your own dog food puzzle?
Put some toys in the room she is staying in and hide some treats around, like in her bed and in the corners :)
i like to stuff a kong with peanut butter and kibble and then place it inside several boxes that have had their flaps folded over. either the dog will chew through the box, or she'll have to figure out how to open the flaps...
There is this toy that you can get and you put treats into it and your dogs must try to get the treats out by rattling it (We brought ours from pets at home it's a purple bone rubber thing). If that dosen't work a way to get your dog to sleep is to leave a ticking clock for him to listen to, it reminds them off their mothers heart (if you want to get her to sleep when you go out)
