How can I play with my dog more?

How do you play with your dog? What is a good time limit for them, I know they need to play everyday and get excersise.How can I play with my dog more?
Train them, play fetch or throw around squeaky toys. Best thing is a good long walk. My dog loves walks more than anything else.How can I play with my dog more?

Well wen you come home you can call your dog to come and then maybe you can scratch him/her and give him/her some more love. That is what I did and it worked.
My dogs think we are practicing their obedeince or agility that we are playing. They get a lot of rewards and praise and think it is fun.

Because they are well trained - I can take them with me when I walk in the woods and they also enjoy that
Take him/her to the pet store with you...im promise s/he will love it !!!
I have a 7 month old pup so it doesnt take her long to get bored, distracted and/or tired. I usually play with her for 15 minute intervals with her favoirte toys. Afterwards I wind her down by giving her a pig ear to chew on.



I take her for a long walk at least twice a week. She loves to go hiking with me... great exercise and it gets her out to see the world :)
You could give him a ';job'; or teach him new tricks, give him some interactive toys to play with, etc.

You could throw frisbees or toys or sticks to let him/her fetch in a fenced backyard. go for a long walk to keep the weight in check.
